OK, so yesterday I wrote about the funny Greek captions on the iPad intro video on YouTube. I started transcribing the Greek, but two minutes in I got tired (too much work). I came across this story from Engadget. If you head over to YouTube you can access some beta features such as automatic captioning of videos and automatic translation of said videos. Now, I had never viewed the iPad intro video, so this was all new to me. I clicked on the Closed Captioning to enable it and the English was somewhat amusing. The fun really kicked in when I clicked on Greek translation.

I saw this the other night when I got home after having seen it on Twitter (via @asteris).Honestly the situation seems like a major clusterfuck. It seems like a classic north south divide and the unfortunate (or just callous use of the PIGS acronym) is making things worse. -- Post From My iPhone
