Fresh from this week's E3There appears to be a sequel to Wolfenstein: A new Order coming out for the xbox one called Wolfenstein II: A new Colossus.  Looking forward to this installation of kicking Nazi butt in an alternative reality

Yesterday, at this year's E3 conference, we got new of the next Assassin's Creed.  I guess the rumors (or wild wishes?) from some fans came true:  Old Egypt (looks like Roman times) is now the setting of the next game which will chronicle the beginning of the brotherhood.  Can't wait!  Wonder if it will have an Ancient Aliens vibe ;-)

I was looking for another song, but while on the hunt for that one - whose name escapes me at this moment, I came across this one.

I completely forgot about the Eurovision results a week or so ago.  This year Portugal won. It seems that non-pop songs end up winning (or perhaps songs that are not part of the pack), so when people bet on pop, they end up losing. Just an anecdotal observation Amar Pelos Dois by Salvador Sobral Verdict: Not bad, but also not my cup of tea for day to day listening.

I used to love Apple events. I'd wait for them like a kid waiting for (summer) Santa each June.  This last one passed my by (again), completely under the radar.  Luckily the Verge has a shortened highlight reel here.  Enjoy! ;-)

Advances in Research on Networked Learning by Peter Goodyear My rating: 4 of 5 stars An interesting exploration of Networked Learning - despite it being a little dated (from a technology point of view) the chapters are still relevant today in my opinion 😃. I actually came across a few good nuggets of information that I need to track down for my own dissertation work - serendipity
