I don't think I've listened to any Turkish charts since I started this project, so this week I tried looking up some popular songs in Turkey. Gök Nerede by Mabel Matiz Verdict: Way too slow for me.  This is really sleepy-time music for me ;-)

It's been about a year since the premier episode of Renegades (formerly Star Trek: Renegades), but the new one is coming out in a couple of weeks.  The series has gone a transformation from something set in the Star Trek universe to being its own thing, thanks to certain lawsuits over fan films... I am curious to see how things tie together, or if this will be just a reboot of the fan series

A little humor from this weekend's SNL. The thing was pretty funny, but I really disliked the lack of attention to detail.  Petros (πέτρος) is a Greek name, whereas if they were going for Russian - which I think they were based on the accent that the Uber driver had - the name should have been Piotr (Пётр).
