Alright!  After a false start, I got to play and finish the New Colossus. I finished this game just before the start of the new school semester on 1/20/25, both the core Blazkowicz story, and the Freedom Chronicles.Some things that stood out to me in the game included going to Venus where a very senile and paranoid Hitler resides and he is trying to make a movie about "Terror Billy" (Blazkowicz).

Another looking back at 2024. This one I finished (again) on 11/3.  I thought that I had played this game a while back, but I either didn't write about it, or both the search capabilities of Blogger and Xbox stink.Anyway, I started playing the New Colossus, when I realized that it was a sequel to The New Order, so I went back to this, only to realize that I had played it back in the XBOX

Here's another review for a game that I finished in August 2022... so a little while ago 😂. Let's see what I remember from this (and the notes from my stub).  Gears of War 5 (Or just "Gears," apparently...) is the second game in a new trilogy?  It's a continuation of Gears of War 4, and it still follows the same group of Kait, JD, and Del (and their robot Jack) on new adventures.

Another "tried" review from my gamepass days. This one from April 2020.  I think this may be the last one!Anyway, I am a fan of FPS games, and of the zombie genre, so I had high hopes for this game.  It was a fairly fun game, but really low on replayability IMO.  The game teams you up with four other people and you can choose your location (see story summaries from Wikipedia). 

Hey!  I finished my first Game Pass game!  yay!  And, it's already paid off given that I got GamePass for a year for $1 with that lifehack back in September ;-) Anyway, this game as a  platforming shooter, which apparently is based on a Flash game. The graphics in this version are far superior to the flash-based game, and so are the controls.  You wake up as the protagonist

Another one of my quick-runs through xbox 360 games to get a sense of the story and the game.  This one is Capcom's Operation Racoon City, which is a game that falls into the Resident Evil franchise. I think this game did multiplayer co-op much better than Crackdown 2. I played the campaign part of this game back in January of this year. From what I can see you can only play this game

Back in December of 2018, another game that I tried to play through on my 360 before I packed it away was Crackdown 2 (funny thing is that after I completed it it became backward compatible...)  So here is a brief review of Crackdown 2 on the xbox 360: As you can see from my gamerscore, I didn't really go after all of the achievements. Part of the reason is that the achievements were (like
