Right after Gears 5, I jumped into the expansion game, titled Hivebusters.  This felt like a short game, but it was rather enjoyable! This one was also completed in  August 2022, and I think it took about 3-5 hours to complete.The game introduces a new squad,brings back some retired characters from past installments of the game (like Col. Here's another review for a game that I finished in August 2022... so a little while ago 😂. Let's see what I remember from this (and the notes from my stub).  Gears of War 5 (Or just "Gears," apparently...) is the second game in a new trilogy?  It's a continuation of Gears of War 4, and it still follows the same group of Kait, JD, and Del (and their robot Jack) on new adventures.

Looks like an xbox one is in my future (well... now it's a definite) ;-) Not that you get to see a lot of game play in this game informer video, but it's interesting to see that the world goes on after the events of Gears of war 3 :-)
