STO is down for maintenance. Last night the First Contact event was hard to get into, which I assume is one of the things being looked at. I loved this patch note today:
Resolved an issue where the Heavy Escort Railgun was healing enemies instead of damaging them.
Healing your enemies would make for some really long battles - but this gives me a good idea for a console:
