In the form of traditional Club Admiralty, where I had a change log page for my site (man, those were the days), here's a change log resulting from the getting rid of the digital tumbleweed :-)

So gone are the references to jaiku, to mySpace and to Plaxo from the jumper page. Adieu old networks :-)

From the Articles page I got rid of the Google Reader widget of shared items and I created a page just for that in place of Jaiku. In the Articles page I linked to some articles that I have written (mostly as part of homework assignments in years past), and I have started creating a bibliography of academic articles I've written (either in press or under review).  I'm debating whether or not to add a presentations section fed through something like SlideShare.

In the Photos section (technically a "media" section) I've demoted legacy RapidWeaver based albums and I've thrown in a Flickr widget that takes images from my photo stream - this will keep things much more current. I still kept my old albums for legacy sake (although they might be deleted in a future revision).  This reminds me, I have to go tag and catalog all my photos on Flickr... This was also an opportunity to get rid of some media-based digital tumbleweed, so I cleaned up other image, video and audio based social networks that I had linked to previously on this page that I no longer use.

I am debating whether or not to get rid of the OS history & geneology project that I have on my page. I probably won't be getting back to that anytime soon since my interests have diverged from that...
